NEWS

The consortium met at Zeppelin premises for a two-days gathering rich of content

Last week, GIGABAT consortium gathered in Friedrichshafen for a productive General Assembly hosted by ZEPPELIN. This marked the first in-person assembly following the successful review of the project, and brought together partners from across Europe for two days of collaboration, exchange, and strategic planning.

During the assembly, each partner provided updates on their respective work packages, sharing progress, milestones, and plans for the upcoming phases of the project. The sessions fostered insightful discussions and strengthened the cooperative spirit that drives the GIGABAT initiative.

Beyond the formal meetings, participants enjoyed a joint dinner and a guided visit to the Zeppelin facilities, offering a deeper look into the host’s expertise and infrastructure.

The event not only reinforced the project’s shared goals in advancing European battery cell production but also highlighted the strong partnership and teamwork at the heart of GIGABAT.
